Thanks to all who responded.
I will take a look at the articles you pointed me to.
Drew, the "hold harmless" idea is a great one.
"Reeks of a head ache site" is right, Lara!

As I spent several hours thinking about it and
reading your posts . . . 
the site owner e-mailed and said
"Lucky for us, we found another volunteer."
"Cool!" said I.  "Go for it!"

As my Mom always said "You get what you pay for."
