We are using aliases or email addresses on other servers to send mail as a
stopgap.  Obviously one of limited use since AOL (or any ISP with similar
policies) might just decide to blacklist the new address if it objects to
the mail volume or content from that address.  I don't have any other
options sussed out yet, though...

I suspect the only IP safe from blacklisting would be a service offered by
AOL itself.  If we reach that level of restriction, though, I will probably
just write off AOL recipients.  Of course, my service is mostly programming
and design and I don't provide any marketing service at all, thus limiting
my involvement with mass mailings of any type.

So, what is your experience has been a work around?  Newsletters and eZines
are big parts of many of businesses as well as our clients.   If using a
newsletter service such as the ones previously offers a static IP, that
could be the fix but is anyone sure about that?
