Redesign with style sheets

Hi folks!

I'm in the midst of a much needed redesign of my own business web-site, and
I would appreciate if you would take the time to check out my new top page
http://www.podolski.com/new/index.html. I'd like some feedback on the way it
looks on other people's browsers and settings, since looking good on mine
isn't quite the objective!

I took the plunge and used style sheets this time, and I've spent a LOT of
time juggling the effects in IE and NN to get it looking the way I want in
both. Whoever said style sheets save you time?!!! Maybe one day?  :o)
