Hello Patty,

First my equipment
Browser    : IE5
JavaScript : On
Cookies    : On
Line Speed : 28.8
Platform   : Windows 98
Screen size: 17 inch
Resolution : 1024X768
Color depth: High color (16 bit)

I noticed that the background of the images welcome2.jpg and jchs_logo1a.jpg
isn't exactly the same colour as the background of the HTML document. Maybe
you should change the color of the background or make the background of the
images transparent. Then again the colors are not that different (although
it can be noticed). Do whatever you choose.

The 'updated' and 'new' images don't look very good.

As far as I noticed everything else looked great.
