Personal site critique for bilerico

Hey all!

If you wouldn't mind, could you please check out my personal homepage at
www.bilerico.com ?

I've just moved from Geocities, and I'm searching for my own server.
Temporarily I've got it set up at Earthlink so I didn't have to deal with
the pop ups.  The main page ( www.bilerico.com ) is simply a redirect to my
personal homepage ( www.bilerico.com/bil/ ).  I plan on having my homepage
be just
a part of the whole site, and since I've done this part before *grin*  what
better place to start?

I'm looking for general design tips and functionablity.  This is my first
"serious" attempt at designing with more in mind than myself.
Hopefully, the site shouldn't have to scroll left or right in any screen
resolution.  And it should *crosses fingers* pass the no-graphics enabled
test.  Not all pages are there yet, but all links should work.  Before I go
further, I'd like to hear what the consensus is so far with this design - is
it easy to navigate, are the pictures clear, etc.  Thanks in advance for
your
help.
