Only thing I would recommend changing right off is the lime green. Icky. Why
not use the burgundy of the kids' shirts instead? Wait, went to the pictures
page, and there are more, different coloured tshirts, all with 3 stripes on
the sleeve. So how about a set of background graphics, in say, 4 of the
colours, but with the 3 white stripes vertically down the edge. Just a
suggestion, but the idea would be to imply a connection to the pages even
though the colours may vary from page to page.

An other thing - the sponsor has prime space at the top of every page ( I
notice the background graphic matches this, instead) but I notice not all
the pages have the racine soccer logo? I would try to make that appear in
the same place on every page. Also, it's a bit jaggy - you might want to
make that smoother. Last, but this is a personal preference, I like the look
of Arial or Verdana font over times font. Some say it's easier to read too
(though others say exactly the opposite!?!)

Lots of good info here, good organization. Other picky details - you might
want to widen the nav column so the text there doesn't wrap, but aside from
that,  it looks okay to me.
