I checked out your site and have some comments, all IMHO.
1. All your graphics are too heavy. This includes banner.jpg and camimg.jpg.
2. Even though it was of high quality and large in size, and was preceded by
a thumbnail, at 153 Kb anvil.jpg is far too big! I used Ulead SmartSaver [1]
to reduce that to 38 Kb without visible quality loss. I've uploaded it for
you to see [2]
3. The left buttons and title all have the same background image, maybe some
diversity? Or maybe put the menu items over a single image faded at the
edges. The title doesn't (IMHO) look good as a button.
4. Maybe a more imaginative font could be used for your title and menu
items?
5. You had no doctypes in your html files. I suggest going to w3's site [3]
to get one, and an explanation of their purpose.
6. I found this in the <HEAD> of each html file:

This isn't valid. The correct comment is <!-- and -->. At the bare minimum,
I beleive you can use <! and >, but I'm not sure.
7. The <TITLE> element was empty. This means no text will show in the title
bar of the browser, or in a search engine results list.
8. I found this liberally scattered around:
<P><CENTER> </CENTER></P>
This is, I think, a PageMill quirk. If it is intended to create vertical
space, you can use <BR> or a table instead. The above isn't invalid, but
will take longer for a browser to parse/interpret. It also contributes to
the html filesize.
9. I liked your photographs. If you are a professional, then I suggest a few
more photographs, grouped into themes/place/etc.
10. The full size photograph pages induced horizontal scrolling at 640x480
res.
11. If this is a professional site, I would change the font to a sans-serif
font - it is much 'cleaner' and 'tidier'. I use verdana, arial, helvetica,
sans-serif.
