I am using NN4.05, NT4, 640x480 (okay, 1152x864, but my browser window is
640x480).

::: home page :::

Seems odd to have the <title> in all lower-case. If the logo were a little
smaller, the buttons would fit completely onto a 640x480 window, which
would make the page look very nice without too much work.

Buttons: The little diamond-shaped buttons are nice, but would look much
better without the overdone lighting effects, ie just flat colours.. It's
not obvious what the first button (architectural commercial) means,
perhaps a more self-explanatory label? On some of them the alt text is not
the same as the wording on the image.

Logo: The logo looks a bit pixelly at the top. It's also rather large.

::: secondary pages :::

The site immediately loses the nice clean look of the home page and
becomes cluttered. The frame borders look icky, the bg of the lhs
navigation is busy. The lhs navigation is also rather bright. The
qualitybrick.gif image is really nice, but doesn't really fit in with the
rest of the site (except for the building pic behind the logo on the home
page). There seems to be loads of content which is always good.

Generally, a very nice and informative site. I would look at redesigning
the navigation, sans frames. I would definitely change the colours from
primaries to more earthy colours - terracotta, olive green, slate blue,
mustard, etc. This will tie in nicely with the content, and with the
colours of the logo, home page picture and qualitybrick.gif. It will also
make the secondary pages less bright.
