Peggy is right, you have far too many links from the home page - just from
a usability point of view. I would say that 10 is the maximum number of
top-level links - I usually stick to about 6. You can easily reorganise
them into logical groups:

	- Instead of listing *all* the committees, just link to a Committees
intro page and link them from there. That gets rid of 6.
	- Have an About section which covers Mission statement, Code of Ethics,
Exec board, President's message, Members. That gets rid of another 4.
	- Why are the last 5 smaller than the rest? Are they sub-sections of
Professional Dev? If they are than that's another 5 you can take off the
top-level navigation (since PD can go under Committees). I think that
reduces it to 8 in total.

I also strongly recommend that you don't use abbreviations - it looks
unprofessional. Rather use a narrower font or run them over 2 lines.
Centered text is difficult to read, so is all caps, and so is the red text
against the blue bg.

Rather than putting the Code of Ethics and Mission Statement onto the home
page, I would put an attractive image - surely they have a logo? - and a
*brief* intro to the association.

The "CCA members only" is surely not necessary. Presumably you are going
to protect the site and keep non-members out. If not, a rude message is
not going to deter anyone who wants to look around. The pink is not a
great colour either.

You have used images for the navigation and text for the individual page
headers. I would reverse this. That way you only have to wait for one
image to load per page instead of 46 (and the server does seem to be
pretty slow). It would also look better and make the current section
header more prominent than the navigation, rather than the other way
around..

Members: I would link the email addresses rather than the names - not a
big thing, but I think that's what people try to click on first.

Classifieds: has Pres Message in the <title>. I hope you're not going to
leave the Under construction notice up when it goes live - rather remove
the link if it's not ready.

Legal Issues: what is the point of this page? I expected some intro text
at least. Either the table or the HR is forcing the page to scroll
sideways (on 640x480). Ditto the links page.

Products and services: I really expected to see something other than Web
design and hosting! Maybe something to do with chiropratics?
