I say...
I am someone with the opinion that the market is diluted and oversaturated.

I say...
No.

Great things take time. If you desire long term respect, learn Photoshop,
Illustrator, Freehand, Fireworks, 3D Studio Max, etc... If you do not
desire long term respect and wish to create graphics for a personal site
about your 16 cats, use Paint Shop Pro.

I say...
Paint Shop Pro creates very good graphics for the price.

I say...
That is very true.

I say..
Reasoning is lost on 85.13% of all humans.

I say...
Yes.

I say...
I took Paint Shop Pro to its fullest extent. I even worked with JASC for a
period writing tech notes for their web site.

I say...
That would have been unappropriate, since the request was for a web site
critique.

Bottom line...speak to the industry leaders and pose the question, "Would
you hire someone with Paint Shop Pro as a graphical background?"
Use Paint Shop Pro on your personal websites. If you are attempting to
become a Web Designer/Developer who offers services to other businesses, do
the right thing.
