First, hide your javascript by commenting it out:

Second, take a small piece, maybe 20x20 of solid color from your logo
backqround and set it as your background--the color is slightly different
for the bg and your header logo on my monitor (even @ hicolor).

Mouseover are a nice touch but the font is difficult to decipher...

Not bad for an initial offering!
