Need comments on Ohashi Homepage

Hello!

I will be meeting with the Ohashi Institute next week with a view to
helping them develop their website. (It's a commercial site for a school.)

I would like some feedback on the new home page: 
http://www.ohashi.com/index.html

I did not design the above home page. I feel there are esthetic issues and
functionality issues with it and would appreciate any constructive comments.
