Your browser sniffer is a bit off, since it blocked Mozilla 1.1+ (the 
basis [more or less] of NN7) as well as NN4.x, which is what I 
suspect you were *actually* wanting to block.  Mozilla and it's 
children (Netscape 6.x and 7.x) have infinitely better CSS rendering 
than NN4.x.  In fact, if I turn off Javascript so that the redirect 
doesn't happen and look at the site, it looks exactly the same as it 
does in IE5.5.
