My comments will be point form as I wander...

home:
I like the color choices and graphics.
The tracking link is a bad idea... never give clients information on your
site traffic... never give people a reason to leave your web site... use
the server logs to monitor your traffic.
The web is a landscape environment but your pages are portrait... the
wasted space at the bottom is a bad idea... design pages without scroll
bars at 800x600 unless the nature of the content truly makes it impossible.
Too much text on a home page... most of it is fluff... I like the
signature... place it at the end of a two line promise of results... perhaps...
"Pixelchurch is competitively priced to provide turnkey solutions in all
digital media formats, web presence, data-driven sites, Kiosk & touch
screen interfaces / programming, CD-ROM, Digicards and more!" ...signature
I don't see reciprocal links to you on the partner web site home pages so
unless you own these firms I would drop the links... and if they are kept,
open the partner site in another window to keep your site on the task bar.

clients:
I expected to find your portfolio here... this page appears to exist merely
for the name dropping that is done... I approve of the name dropping but
I'd combine it with the portfolio that I found in "image".

image:
I had no idea what would be here... the text descriptions are too far away
from the site images and do not line up in a uniform manner... at first
glance I didn't realize they went with the images...

fun:
I had no idea what would be here... project notes are also too far away
from their subject.

code:
discuss your skills and abilities here but I'd drop the "coming soon"
content... clients care about what you've done not what you plan to do some
day.

I'm out of time...
