In netscape 4.75, there is a definite problem with the bottom button 
on the index page. The button seems to be shifted about 10 pixels to 
the left of the rest of the buttons, its a very noticeable shift.

 The index page and its value to the site isn't clear. This particular 
page will not be indexed well by the search engines since it lacks 
any text to work with. Across the site the keywords meta tag is using 
a semicolon as a delimiter. Its unusual, but since punctuation is 
generally treated as white space by the search engines, its not too 
great a problem. The lack of a meta description tag on the pages is 
a problem.

  Overall the load time was adequate for a dial up connection from 
the states. But this isn't a graphics intensive site.
