You have done a really good job. The site looks good, is very informative without being boring.l The pages are short, I expected lots of text after reading your mail, but it was a pleasant surprise. I expected looong pages with 'Legalize' (is that the word I'm thinking of?), boring me to death, but it was really interesting to read them. Navigation is very good, even though the left frame is rather long, the buttons are far enough from each others to be easily seen. The outlook is very nice, with black marble in the left frame and white in the right, the text is easy to read.

A few remarks:
- on the home page the scrolling text gets annoying after a couple of rounds, could be limited to one time, imho
- the text lines in the right frame get very long in max resolution
- on the ADA page, I would align the chapter numbering and the headlines vertically along the top, ie. add "VALIGN=TOP" to the TR-tags
- the "Drug Screening" page was not found. It's probably still coming, but in case it should be there already, I wanted to tell you.

You are right, the customer is not always right, but he/she is the one who pays the bill. And in this case I think your customer has done a good job, too.
