Hi Craig,

The concept for the site is very good.  However, the flash movie would be nicer if you slowed the "slideshow" 
images down and did not have it replaying in perpetuity.  One pass should be enough.  The constant motion from 
the site show and your corporate banner are very distracting. I'd suggest you put the web hosting, advertising 
at the bottom of the page.  Remember you are selling your customer's business on this site, not yours, so it 
should not be competing with their message.  The design of the site is good enough without the additional 
unnecessary animation. People have a tendency to leave a site that is too busy.  You want to attract attention, 
but then allow them to read the text without distraction. ;-)

Consider, too, a more friendly way to handle non-existant pages, like creating a very basic page that says 
something like "this page under development.  Please come back soon".  Then give them the link back to the home 
page. :-)

The same comments apply to the Pizza site that you submitted for critique, as well.

I tested with Opera 6.05, WinXP Pro, 1024 x 768, on a DSL line.  The page looks good and load time was fast.
