animated question

Does anyone have a clue as to what silly simple thingy I am not doing that
is not allowing me to view animated gifs in PSP5 in all their separate
frames?  It will only allow me to view one frame.  Period.  I have looked at
all my preference stuff, emailed tech support at PSP5 and am still sitting
here looking at ONE frame, when I know that there are 86 little buggers
hiding in there someplace.  Any magic words that I should know about, such
as "open sesame frame" or some such thingy?
