As a rule, thumbnails are only used as buttons to click so that the =
viewer can go see a larger picture of the thumbnail, or can go to a page =
the thumbnail is linked to. The best way to do thumbnails is to not =
indicate a size on your page. That greatly reduces quality of any photo =
or artwork. Instead, use the "resample" feature in Paintshop Pro, and =
not "resize" feature. If you are using Photoshop, it's ok to use the =
Image Size feature. You are still going to use some quality, but =
thumbnails are only there to guide to the larger image anyway.
