Get SPG Web Tools which has this ability built in as well as several other
cool things like image slicing and a program to resave graphics smaller &
a whole lot more.

Their webste is: http://www.spg-net.com and I got it cheap as a promo for
updating to PSP 6.0  The PSP update and SPG Web Tools was $79.00.
