Thanks for the advice, Eric and everyone else who responded to my question.
A friend of mine really wants an animated bg, and I thought it sounded neat.
Guess I really didn't take time to think it through.  I agree that it would
be distracting and take forever to download.  I will try to discourage her
from using one.  Thanks again.

PS.  I did find a bg that looks kinda like a waves in an ocean or river.
Hopefully my friend will be satisfied with it. :-)
