Image problem re-visited

Hello.......

I'm the person who several days ago was having a problem with an image
showing up as having black hair on my computer when everyone else swore up
and down that her hair was a dark auburn. I had people telling me all sorts
of things to do with my Paint Shop Pro and my monitor in an attempt to
rectify the situation.

Well, I have just found out that at least two other people also see the hair
as black on their computers. No shades of auburn, or gray, or any other
color. All black. And these people don't have any imaging programs, they are
seeing it straight from the computer screen. Both in my doctored image and
in the original.

So, now I'm still puzzled as to why the problem occurred, but have concluded
that the problem is in the image itself.
