You should never use the height and width attributes to resize an image. Not
only does it do a poor job, most of the time distorting the image, but the
byte size of the image downloaded by the browser is still the same as the
larger image - and if the image is the size of a full screen shot, that
would be huge!

Take the screen shot, put it in a graphics program such as Photoshop, and
reduce the physical size there. Then use that thumbnail.

Height and width attributes are really there to let the browser know how to
set up the page while it waits for the images to download.
