I am not sure if this is a bug in DreamWeaver or if it is user error
somewhere.. but when creating this site with mostly ring tables with in
a
larger table  to keep it from overlapping my border.  It has made it so
that
it doesn't come up in Netscape gold at all.. most of the time will crash
the
browser..
these two pages specifically.

You are missing some closing td tags from the very beginning. You have 2
open td's from what I can see..... may be more, didnt look all that
close. Run your page through a validator, and it should show you where
the open td's are and no closing td's.
