You must use CorelPhotoPaint to open those files. It is a proprietary
format that, to my knowledge, is not supported by any import filters on any
other bitmap applications. You'll also need to find out WHICH version of
PhotoPaint your client is using and get that version or later. You can then
use PhotoPaint to open those files and save them in a different format
(best TIF until you've had a chance to mess with color balance and clean-up).
