Hi:

	I was going to post the same question today!  I'm working on a web
site about women in aviation and I wanted to use photographs from a book
published in the 1950's containing turn of the century photographs.

	From what I've read - photograph copyright lasts for 50 years from
the date of first publication (Canadian source).  So - turn of the century
photo's would be OK to use, but what if I scanned them from a book published
in the 1950's??

	Is there a web consortium working on International Internet
copyright or will the rules apply to which country the server is in??
