For what it's worth here is a little information from a local School
District web site.

I have **NO** responsibility for the information there, and knowing the
folks that post/maintain the information posted on this site I WOULD NOT
accept it as 'the law'. But instead use the information as 'one more tidbit
of information' on the issue(s).
