I don't believe PSP5 does that.  However, PSP -should- have an animation
program to do it for you.

My version of PSP5 came with Animation Shop.  In your PSP window

       File | Run Animation Shop

Then

	File | Open | yourfile.gif

And it will allow you to edit each separate frame, as if you're working in
the PSP window.

Of course, if there's anything special you want to do to a particular
frame, you can always 

	Right-click frame | Save frame as | mypic.gif

then edit it in PSP and replace it.
