Frames or Not?

I need someones opinion on the subject.  I run the site
http://www.thewideweb.com.  We offer free submission to over 100 search
engines.  I am currently using frames and I want to know if I should provide a
no frames site.

How many people will actually view my site with an older browser that is
incapable of showing frames?  Is this a big problem.
