HTML Programmer

Responsibilities: 

I am seeking a good HTML Programmer for an Internet start-up in San 
Francisco. The candidate must know HTML inside and out. Must be able to 
work onsite. There is a possibility that the client may offer a staff 
position after the initial contract.

Required Skills: 
HTML coding
