Dear Prospective Contractors:

We have been in business for the past 7 years located in the Chicago 
area.  We have another Web Master position available due to growth of our 
business.  The Contractor can be located anywhere in the World.  The right 
individual must be fluent in English, HTML, Graphic Design, and Simple 
Programming.  Flash experience would be helpful.  He or she must be able to 
conceptualize the Web Development project from the beginning to end, with 
little assistance.

Compensation will be based on experience.
