CONTRACT: Web Designer/Webmaster

I'm looking for a webmaster to work for me to build my web
site. The skills that would be needed would be the standard
html, Atomz search engine, working with images, image tags,
and shadows, there will be several databases that need to be
done, I need it to be written in Dreamweaver. Also will need
various scripting like cgi and possible some Java and quite
a bit of ftp. Being an ecommerce site one would be working
with the Miva Merchant shopping cart, which is a web based
application. The entire web site was written in "word" with
all images where they need to be on the site, which means I
need someone that knows how to follow instructions and can
create the site to look as the example in word. I lot of the
work would be copy and paste and verifying that code is
correct for all browsers using NetMechanic.com. There is a
total at this time of 138 different files consisting of
about 254 pages that were written in word. There are over
400 pages of Meta tags for the different files that would
require copying these to the html document. Approximately
100+ different files that need to be uploaded and set up on
the shopping cart for ftp. I know exactly what I want on the
site but I need someone with the skills to do the mechanical
aspect of the site.

I need a designer that can follow instructions and have the
ability to check all their work on NetMechanic and to be
able to fix any problems that show up.

There are actually a total of three files that are on my
site as a test that are incorrect but if you look at these
three pages you will get a very brief idea on what the site
entails at the addresses below. I believe that most would
consider this a "vanilla" web site, which I created as an
ecommerce site and not as a "cute" site. The first page
below shows all the different products and services that the
company does. The blue links on the first page are completed
and the links in red are future pages to be built.

I'm interested in someone that will do future work on this
site as I develop more pages and one that will be
responsible for maintenance also.

very blunt person and expect others that work with me to be
the same way.
