I don't think there is, but you can (usually) specify only certain 
parts of the module:

use CGI ':standard';

for example.

As an alternative, you could compartmentalize the program, 
splitting it up into multiple scripts and have them call each other 
back and forth, but that sounds really messy and you'd likely not 
be pleased with the performance of it.
