the <bgsound> tag is not valid HTML -- it is not in the spec.  I 
believe that the correct way to display any embedded media is to use 
the <object> tag.  I don't use this myself, but a quick web search 
revealed:

and the spec itself:

Hopefully this should be enough to let you experiment with this.
