I've searched the archives and most of the net and could not come up with
anything on this. Possibly I am not using the right search words. Anyway:
Is there some javascript for detecting the connection speed of a user? I
want to be able to send either a high or low bandwidth Flash animation using
a browser check. Any ideas? Thanks.
