I am not a list guide. -servers is appropriate for discussion of
server-related issues, hardware and software. That means server
machines, server daemons, configurations. -languages is for web
programming languages such as perl, javascript, java, python, and yes,
php. This is as I understand it.

If you had a question about setting up PHP with, for example, Apache,
I'd recommend the -servers list. If your question is about some facet
of the language itself, this list is appropriate.
