There's an optional module that's distributed with Apache called mod_speling
(yes, with one l) that can compensate for the case-sensitivity thing.
(It'll also help you with users who don't realize that productlist.htm and
productlist.html aren't the same thing.)  Check your local Apache
distribution or the Apache website (www.apache.org) for more info.
