Why are the users typing links?

1) The entry page is automatic, so case does not matter.

2) Subsequent links should be preset in the HTML.

3) If you *DO* need aliases, you can make then as links in the relevant 
directory (e.g. per you example above, ProductList.html is the file, 
productlist.html is a link TO the file, as could be Productlist.html).
