If you're a real beginner with NT, then for all things Microsoft, see the
Knowledge base on Microsoft's web site (and MSDN online), or better still
get your work to buy a TechNet and/or MSDN subscription. TechNet for the
server set up etc and MSDN for the development. Mark Minasi's Mastering
Windows NT Server 4 is the best basic guide IMHO to NT server admin.

There several good online resources for IIS, as well as the documentation
and samples that come with it, you could try SmartPlanet's MCSE course
online for IIS admin and also ASP beginners (cheap). 15seconds.com springs
to mind, plus anything associated with Charles Carroll, most of these I
haven't visited for ages so I don't know what's still valid but:

all still figure in my favorites. There are LOADS of Perl resources, just
search. Read Randal Schwartz's OReilly book - the Win32 one.
