Your best bet is Apache. You can't run MS PWS on Win ME (you might be
able to get it to run but it's not supposed to and generally doesn't).

However I'd recommend getting an OS that supports file level security so
that you know you've got that right before you upload to your ISPs web
server (eg Linux, Win2k, WinNT)
