NT 4.0 Install

Dear List,

I just bought a machine that is running NT 4.0. It is virtually brand
new...the day the owner bought it, the business shut down and it has been
in storage. I have all the original disks and licenses in shrink wrap (it's
a "per seat" option). The owner never even registered it with MS. What I
want to do is reformat the hard drives in the box, and re-install NT just
like the OEM did. Am I facing any hazards here?
