Besides the service packs and security issues if you install IIS(an ancient
version and full of holes), probably not.
You do know that the boot partition has to be less than 8 gig? NT did not
support larger hard drives until SP3 or SP4 for booting.
NT 4.0 server came with 5 CAL's(client access licenses), btw. And turn off
the licensing service. It's causes more problems than it's worth and I have
been told by Microsoft to turn it off when I was having problems with
Exchange licensing(never ran Outlook web access and never ran IIS). So
licensing is really on the honor system and continued to be so until XP.
