hey gwen. you could put this at the top of the formmail script after the #!
line:

use CGI::Carp(fatalsToBrowser);

this will send an error message to the browser which will help you identify
the specific problem. if you moved from unix to NT then you do need to find
a substitute for sendmail such as blat, as someone already suggested. there
are other options, but they're a little more complicated.
