I believe the script library in interdev is in JS as well

That's not entirely true. I work with MS's ASP very regularly and I've
found that the MSDN's scripting references are very complete for both VB
and JS. MS supplies samples of ASP code in both VB and JavaScript
throughout their reference guides. Also, if you've ever done a view source
on the MS web site, you'll notice that most of the DHTML is written in
JavaScript.  Go through your IIS Resource Kit CD and you'll also see JS
versions of most of the VB script they supply.

I don't think I'd consider that "quiet".
