I am also interested in finding chat software solutions. My criteria so
far includes:

1. Ability to moderate a chat session
2. Allow one-on-one only chat
3. Ability to schedule an "appointment" for one-on-one chat sessions
4. Ability to capture (record) a chat session to archive
5. Ability to block or filter out someone who is being disruptive
6. Time tracking feature for the one-on-one sessions (this is important
because it will be used by a psychologist for billing purposes)
7. Preference - integrates well with existing ColdFusion application
8. As Peggi said, doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Chris Montgomery
