This is actually a problem that comes up a great deal with Netscape, css or
not, nested tables or not. Your css is fine, your table structure is fine
too. But you need to define an image for each table cell in Netscape to keep
it from rendering it over and over in all other cells that follow it. For
the cells that you do not wish for anything to display your image is "none".
