Gerhard,

My stylesheet was in the same directory actually, but now I'm almost
embarrassed.  The problem ended up being that the stylesheet file is named
STYLES.CSS and I was calling STYLE.CSS.  Guess working on a project when
only getting four hours sleep the night before isn't really a good idea :)
