Well - the whole padding thing is non-existent in NN3, and buggy in NN4 - it's 
the usual graceful degradation issue that comes into play here. But yes, the 
margin attribute will help.

Now that we're at it, the border attribute also has problems in NN - same thing 
as with the padding attribute, non-existent in NN3 and buggy in NN4.
