Hi Paul:

Don't know if anyone has replied yet, but perhaps you can grab the file name
they attach and turn this into a variable on the client end in the form of
JavaScript.  You could then build a function that looks for *.htm* or
*.html* as a string in that variable, and before the form is even submitted,
generate an alert should the string not match.
