<BODY> marginheight and width attributes in IE 4.0

Does anyone know if IE 4.0 supports the BODY marginheight and width
attributes? I'm working on a web page, and Netscape 4 reads it correctly but
IE 4.0 doesn't.

Is there another way to make this work in older IE browsers?
